Automated books, labor and per-store profit for multi-store owners. Single stores and small groups that want no bookkeeper can keep their books in Rhea too. QuickBooks is optional.
A check mark means it is built. “Coming soon” means it is not live yet.
Connect the register once. Rhea books every store’s day for you.
Connects to Square, Clover, Toast (the nightly export) and Shopify POS.
Reads 7shifts time punches, and any CSV or Excel report you drop on the Import page.
Turns each store’s day into balanced entries in Rhea’s own books, one set per LLC.
Matches card sales to bank deposits, and shows what hasn’t been paid out yet.
Profit and loss for each store and for the whole group.
Net income shows only when the month’s costs are in, so you never read a profit number built on half the bills.
Optional: send a copy of each day’s entries to each store’s QuickBooks Online company.
Labor
See labor cost while there is still time to change the schedule.
Labor % for every store, every morning, against the target you set.
Overtime alerts before the week ends, using each person’s usual days.
Pay rates and burden rates you control, with no Social Security numbers collected.

Bills, and paying them
Bills in, approved, paid, and in the books. In one place.

Approval rules you set: you approve everything, only bills over an amount, or you last.
What you owe, by vendor and by age, always tied to the books.
Recurring bills, vendor credits, and matching a bill to the bank line that paid it.

Month close and year-end
Close the month once the numbers are right. Hand your CPA a clean package.
Close a month and it stays closed. A late change becomes a correction that reverses the old entry, never a silent edit.
Compare with your bookkeeper: line up Rhea against their QuickBooks reports, account by account.
Year-end package for your CPA: trial balance, profit and loss by month and store, tips, sales tax collected and what Rhea doesn’t know.
Downloads as one Excel file, with CSVs for each section.
Prepared by Rhea from your books. Not a tax return and not tax advice.
1099 files ready to upload to TaxBandits, where you file.

Your numbers, and a morning email
The state of your stores, without opening a spreadsheet.
A “Your numbers” page: sales, labor, prime cost, average ticket, discounts, cash and franchisor fees, by store.
A daily summary of what needs a look first.
A morning or Monday email with each store’s sales, labor % and cash over/short.
A data health grid that shows which store’s numbers did not come in, before you act on them.

What Rhea doesn’t do
File your taxes. Rhea isn’t tax software, and your CPA still prepares your returns.
Run payroll. Your payroll provider does. Rhea records the totals.
Hold your money. Payments go through a partner (Stripe), not through Rhea.
Act as a bank. Rhea reads your bank and card statements. It can’t move money out of them on its own.
Change your POS. Rhea only reads from it.
