Privacy notice

What we collect

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect your work email address and, if you choose to share them, your first name, the number of stores you operate and your main point-of-sale (POS) system. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. Because it doesn’t track visitors across other sites, it doesn’t change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Why we use it

• To contact you about Rhea’s pilot, including emails about joining it.
• To decide which POS systems and group sizes to support first.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers that handle information for us and only on our instructions:

• Our email and waitlist provider, which receives waitlist form submissions (along with the IP address and browser details sent with any web request), stores your contact details and, if we use it for email, sends our emails.
• Our website host, which serves this site and keeps the server logs described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Rhea, our users or others.

We don’t sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the pilot. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.

Your choices

• Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email from us or write to privacy@rheafi.com.
• To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the waitlist, email privacy@rheafi.com.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. If a change is significant, we’ll tell people on the waitlist by email.
